Betty Lou Didier (Coufal), 84, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 in Lincoln, NE. She was born on the family farm near Loma, NE to George A. and Mary C. (Hofpar) Coufal on November 13, 1939. Betty is survived by sons Martin (Karla) and Montgomery Jarvis, daughter Crystal (Glenn) Shriner (Didier), sister Marianne Valcan, seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Michael, granddaughter, brothers George G. and Edward A. Coufal, and sisters Margaret Coufal and Lucille M. Pokorny. Visitation on Tuesday, January 9th, 9 a.m. with services starting at 10 a.m. at Metcalf Funeral Home 245 North 27th Street in Lincoln.
