Douglass, 83. of Shreveport, La., will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery by Rev. Doug Scott of the First Presbyterian Church. Mr. Douglass died Feb. 6. 1991, at the Pieremont Nursing Home in Shreveport. He was born Aug. 4, 1907, in Jacksonville. Ark., to James and Martha (Midget) Douglass. Mr. Douglass, who had been employed as a salesman for the Nabisco Company, moved to Casper in 1946 from Gulfport, Miss. He moved to Shreveport in the 1970s. In 1932, he married, Pauline Jones in Little Rock, Ark. She preceded him in death in December 1982. Survivors include a stepson, George Erion of Vienna, Va.; one sister, Ruth Darby of Nashville, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Teresa Petrey of Fairfax, Va., and Jennifer Phelps of Lynchburg, Va.; and four great-grandchildren. Flowers or memorials to a charity of the donor's choice would be equally appreciated by the family. Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
