The dates of this individual are questionable. I found the following information in my research. According to records that I have found, he died intestate and on October 30,, 1857, Hezekiah K. Lamb petitioned the court to become the Administrator of the estate of Jesse Parker, implying that Jesse Parker died sometime between June and October, 1857. In February 1863 term of the Marion County, Georgia court, Hezekiah K. Lamb petitioned and was granted money for a twelve-month period for the support of (unnamed in the petition and court order) widow and children of Jesse Parker. This is the first money they received from the estate of Jesse. By February 1863, the widow and children had "moved without the limits of the county." On May 2, 1864, Marion County, Georgia court approved release of Hezekiah K. Lamb as Administrator of the estate of Jesse Parker. This information is sketchy and does not take into account his children's births. There are other researchers with other opinions and information that I am seeking proof on. I believe that his parents were Peter Elijah Parker (1780-1861) and Anne Toole (1784-1825) He married Mary Elizabeth Golden (1833-1900) on 24 June 1852 in Marion County, Georgia and they had children Hezekiah Lamb Kye Parker, Sr. (1853-1913), Harriett Connie Parker (1855-1936) Jesse James Parker Jr (1858-1891) and maybe Ellace Ella Parker (1864-1938).
