BERNICE SOBOTIK, 83, born May 19, 1921 in San Antonio, Texas to Oran and Linnie Burrows, died May 12, 2005 in Houston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Sobotik in 1987. Survived by her daughters, Carol (Carri) Nelson, and Mary McCoy and husband David; granddaughter, Christy Thomsen and husband Marc; great-granddaughters, Abigail and Sarah Thomsen; her brother, Oran Burrows, Jr. and wife Alice; as well as other relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM Friday, Woodlawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services 11 AM Saturday, May 21, 2005 in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Varro officiating. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
