Dave Kment, 63, of rural Bellwood, died Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at his home. Memorial Service Saturday, December 9,2023, 11:00 A.M. Kracl Funeral Chapel, Schuyler Visitation 10-11 A.M. Committal in the Edholm Cemetery Lunch following at the Schuyler Golf Club David J. Kment was born in Schuyler on November 9, 1960. to Joe and Martha (Viglicky) Kment. He attended area schools and graduated from Schuyler High School. He lived and farmed on the "home" place almost his entire life. On April 25, 2022, he married Deb Nadrchal in David City. Farming was his life and he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and gambling. David especially loved following Matthew and his friends in their sporting activities. He is survived by his wife, Deb of Bellwood, son Matthew Nadrchal of David City, sisters Marlene (Larry Hartman, Irene (Mike) Starkey, Jo Ann Colfack, Lorraine Moore and Sally Roh and brothers Richard (Fran) Kment and Donald (Paula) Kment, sisters-in-law Karen Kment and Amy Kment and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Martha Kment, infant brother Joe Kment and brothers, Alden and Arnold Kment and brother-in-law Raymond Moore.
