Margie Cagle DECEMBER 28, 1926 – NOVEMBER 11, 2023 IN THE CARE OF Eubank Funeral Home Mrs. Cagle passed away November 11, 2023 at her home. She was born December 28, 1926 in Cameron, TX to Jefferson Davis and Margaret Sara Jane Pratt Cochran. Mrs. Cagle spent her early childhood in Cameron and then in Rosser. After she married Lindsey Cagle Jr. they moved to Pleasant Grove where they raised their family. They moved back to Rosser in 1963. Margie found the Lord when she was 15 years old. She was a faithful servant who lived her faith. She was a humble and unselfish woman. Margie was a charter member of Victory Church in Scurry. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. A little lady who had few words, but many good works. Mrs. Cagle was a homemaker and caregiver. She was known for her chocolate pies. Mrs. Cagle was preceded in death by her husband, Lindsey Cagle Jr.; parents, Jeff and Margaret Cochran; and six siblings. Margie is survived by her two daughters: Linda Peavy Norton and LaVina Anne Cagle Patman and her husband, James; six grandchildren and their spouses: Todd and Misty Peavy, Troy and Dayna Peavy, Dorenda and Art Weller, Trey and Tasha Peavy, Johnson and Bri Patman, and Angie and Tim Hutchinson; twelve great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandsons; sister, Marthalou Stanfield; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Pallbearers will be Troy Peavy, Trey Peavy, Johnson Patman, Mason Peavy, Logan Peavy, Cagle Peavy, Caleb Peavy and Preston Weller. Honorary pallbearer will be Weldon Crady.
