James Charles Johnson born to George Aldrige and Edythe Sue Johnson on October 10, 1941 in McKinney, Texas. He lived in McKinney until he moved to Princeton, Texas. He graduated from Princeton High School. He really enjoyed going to the school reunions to see his classmates and friends. He was known by "JJ" to his friends. He was a Tool & Die maker by trade, but had a passion for raising his goats. He enjoyed going to the goat auctions to meet with his goat friends and especially participating in auction bidding. He enjoyed his western shows, sometimes the "Dallas Cowboys" if they were doing good. He loved to watch the "Texas Rangers Baseball" and his golf channel. He would put it on the golf, turn the volume low watch them and snooze on and off. He is survived by his wife, the love of his life Pauline Johnson; Daughter Karen Savage and husband Dan; Son Robber Johnson and wife Lisa; Son Brad Johnson and wife Dayna; Sister Lynda Lindsey and husband Bob. Grandchildren Sierra Johnson, Skylark Martin, Casey Johnson, Adam Medders, Eric Medders, Madison Gay, Hunter Carrasco, Alicia(bug) Carrasco-Rivera, Samuel Laura, Elijah Adam Laura, Jason Tucker. He is proceeded in death Parents George Aldrige and Edythe Sue Johnson; Grandson Joshua Johnson. Viewing at 1 PM followed by Service at 2 PM at Scoggins Funeral Home at 637 W.
