Buchanan City, Nev. Boulder Clinton Dell Shipman - Clinton Dell Shipman, 80, of Washington City passed away at home on Thursday. He was born June 14, 1931, in Pioche, Nev. Clinton is survived by his children Douglas (Diane) Shipman, Larry Shipman, Randy (Sharon) Shipman, Mike (Tina) Shipman and Lori (Lynda) Shipman; sisters Lue and Dora; brother. Jack; and 33 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. with visitations Monday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Washington Stake Center, 410 E.
