Bio

Delmer Clayton Ritchie. 57, a Visalia area farmer, died at a Visalia hospital. He was a member of the Baptist Church and the Visalia Grange. He had lived in this area since 1936. Survivors include his widow, Allie M. Ritchie; one daughter, Geneva Pearl; three sisters, Ida, Lucille, and Etta; one brother, Elmor; his father, Frank Ritchie; and five grandchildren. He is predeceased by an infant daughter, Ruby Delores Ritchie, in 1936 in Goodlett, Hardeman County, Texas. Death due to prematurity. Services at the Hamilton Peers Funeral Service chapel with the Rev. Alvin Mayall, pastor of the Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial: Tulare Cemetery.
