Jimmie Buchinger, 84, previously of Mansfield, passed away November 8, 2021 in Athens. Jimmie Sue (Pyle) Buchinger was born September 2, 1937 in Kemp, the daughter of Omelia Pyle and Ethel Mae (Davis) Pyle. She was affiliated with the Church of Christ denomination and enjoyed gardening and reading during her free time. Jimmie was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronnie Buchinger; children, Gerry Hendrix, Randy McClendon and siblings, Lottie Smith and William Pyle. Survivors include children, Darrell McCord and wife Debbie of Larue, Teresa (McClendon) Pappas and husband Steve of Larue, Ricky McClendon and wife Cooki of Mansfield; sister, Mancy McCord of Garland; grandchildren, Savanah Mestdaugh and husband Wyatt, Logan Pappas and Casey Sutton and husband Ethan. There will be no services scheduled. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
