Eula Fern Whipkey July 1, 1937 - September 6, 2023 Eula Fern Whipkey, 86, went to be with the Lord at home in Sanford September 6, 2023 with her loved ones by her side. Fern was born in Shamrock, Texas on July 1,1937 to Fred Edward and Josie Claudine Parks. Loving wife, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother, she was preceded in death by her father, mother, one brother, one sister, one grandchild, one niece, two sons, and one daughter. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Doug Whipkey, sisters, Virginia Phillips of Beaver, OK, Carol Lemons of Lubbock, Thelma and husband Matt Russell of Stinnett, she had 8 surviving children, 40 grandchildren, and 82 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
