Nan B. (Norton) Jacobs March 14, 1939 ~ September 3, 2023 Mrs. Nan Norton Jacobs was born March 14, 1939 to the late Aubrey Leland and Sarah Lois Holland Norton. She was a graduate of Manchester Central High School in 1957. She worked at Paris Department Store in Manchester and Tullahoma. Nan was married to Frank William Jacobs in 1957. Mrs. Jacobs was the office manager for the family owned drilling business. She was Very active in girls softball as a winning coach of the teams the MOD SQUAD and The WATER LOU'S. She spent a lot of time at the ball fields for the kids. Nan enjoyed working at the Main Street Church of Christ in the clothing department and was a member of the Church. She loved God, her family, friends, her pets and Elvis. She will be dearly missed!!!! She is survived by her husband, Frank Jacobs, daughter, Kelly Lynne Jacobs Teal (Gary), their four children, Jacob Teal, Jamie Teal, John Teal and Sarah Teal, son, John William Jacobs (Patricia), their children, Patric John Ross Jacobs, Randy Haley (Shelia) their children, Sierra Haley and special friend of the family Frank Haley(Sheila). Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 8, 2023 at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from10:00 AM until service time on Friday. Burial will follow the services in the Summitville Cemetery.
