The Rockdale Reporter April 10, 2008 Schulz McDADE — A funeral service for Sandra Jones Schulz, 66, of Lexington, formerly of McDade was held Friday, April 4, 2008 at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Pastor Greg Spears of the Cowboy Church officiating. Burial followed in McDade Cemetery. Mrs. Schulz died Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at St. Mark's Medical Center in La Grange. She was born Jan. 22, 1942 to Zina and Gladys (Pace) Jones in McDade. She married Earl Schulz, Dec. 23, 1961 and they lived in Lexington where she was a homemaker. Mrs. Schulz was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Clara McCardle; niece, Sharon Schulz; brother-in-law, Alton Schulz, and mother and father-in-laws, R.E. and Irma Schulz. Survivors include her husband; son, Randy and his wife, Kelly Schulz of Lexington; daughter, Brenda and her husband, David Pillack of Lexington; grandchildren Eric and wife Tracy Pillack, Whitney Pillack, Rhett and Ashely Schulz, all of Lexington; great granddaughter, Katelyn Pillack of Lexington; sister, Mary and her husband, Oscar Rader; and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
