Charles "C" Fitzgerald December 25, 1929 - July 31, 2023 Charles "C" Fitzgerald, Sr. 93, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 at his home in Irving, Texas. Charles was born in Dallas, Texas on December 25, 1929 to the late Rubin Fitzgerald and Ruby Tompkins. He loved his family but especially his grandchildren, and he loved to deer hunt. Charles was a baker for more than 26 years. His passion was cooking sweets. He met his wife of fifty years; Lucille (Hampton) Fitgerald, who had four children; Juanita, Jimmy, Barbara and Jerry Watson. Charles and Lucille had four children of their own; Sundy, Charles, Jr., Steve and Penny Fitzgerald. He had thirteen grandchildren; Holly, Robert, Shannon, Jennifer, Kasey, Bryan, Craig, Mendy, Tracy, Charles III, Jerry, Phillip and Carolyn and fifteen great grandchildren. Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd, Irving, Texas.
