Bio
Harry James Jungling was born September 20, 1937, son of John and Henrietta (Wubbena) Jungling. He passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Sheffield Care Center surrounded by family. Harry graduated from Bristow Schools. On June 17, 1960, Harry married Karen Ann Bailey in Aredale, Iowa. They had three children were born. Harry was a member of Bristow Reformed Church. You could find Harry in the field farming, or in "Harry's Tinker Shop" welding or building something out of nothing. He loved camping and enjoyed yearly family vacations. Harry is survived by his wife Karen Jungling of Bristow daughter Deanne (Tim) Winkowitsch of Bristow daughter Dawn (Danny) Winkowitsch of Clear Lake son Danny (Jennifer) Jungling of Holt, Missouri grandchildren: Jesse Winkowitsch, Marty (Leah) Winkowitsch, Trista (Jon) Hauge, Brittany Winkowitsch, Kylie Jungling and Jordyn Jungling; great-grandchildren Thomas, Devin and Raya Winkowitsch, Bennett and River Winkowitsch, and Jadyn and Hunter Hauge; sister Betty (Eldon) Siemers of Mason City many nieces, nephews and cousins He was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws Dorothy and Lloyd Bailey; sister Darlene (Robert) Gerdes; nephew Doug Gerdes; niece Stacy Day and brother-in-law Harold Bailey. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., August 9, 2023, at Counsell Woodley Funeral Home in Dumont. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., August 10 at Counsell Woodley Funeral Home in Dumont. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in rural Bristow. Counsell Woodley Funeral Home of Dumont is caring for Harry and his family.
