She and her husband Rupert owned and operated Olsen's Grocery in Solomons, which later became Woodburn's. She never had children, but was a mother to all her nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Douglas Dove, Frank Kulesza, Bernle Fowler, Ray Dove, Greg Restivo, Ron Nagers. Honorary Pallbearers: Everard Lee Rawlings and Lester Denton.
