Richard L. Kotera, 77, of Pingree Grove, IL passed away July 31, 2023 in his home. He was born August 14, 1945 in Seward Co., NE the son of Louis and Marie Policky Kotera. He was a graduate of Aquinas High School in 1964 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1964 until 1966. Burial will be private in Nebraska.
