Bio

In 1980, his wife Ruthie Slagle preceded him in death. Survivors include one son, Gene Slagle; one daughter, Dorothy Lacy; two brothers, Elbert and Odar; four grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
