Bio

Josephine was the daughter of Frances Evaline Davis Britt and Thomas G. Britt. Josephine had two sisters, Minnie Lee Britt Alexander and Elizabeth Britt Eib, both are buried in Marble Falls City Cemetery. She married Carl C. Jay May 7, 1899. Carl and Josephine had 4 daughters, Nina Jay Wood, Ada Mae Jay Zimmerman, Bertha Tom Jay Dunaway, and Katherine Jay Moore.
