Funeral Services for Bobby Ray Wester, age 80 of Greenville will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 6th, 2023 at Old Celina Cemetery with his son Brian Wester officiating. Bobby Wester passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Vistas Inpatient Care Unit in Carrollton, Tx. Bobby was born August 24th, 1942 and raised in Celina, Tx to Paul and Lula Belle Wester. He married Peggy Bartlett, August, 1967 who preceded him in death. Bobby was a concrete finisher who contributed to several builds and stadiums being constructed in Dallas, Hunt, and Collin County. He is survived by his son Brian Wester and wife Paige in Fate, Tx. Elizabeth Holland, Dillon Wester, and Gracie Wester grandchildren, Siblings Jimmy Wester, Jerry Wester, Sue Dowdle, Judy Jucha, and Joey Wester; niece and nephew's Tammy Willingham, Shannon Jackson, Jake Jucha, Jessica Wester, and great grandson Owen Holland. Bobby enjoyed spending time with family and looked forward to every holiday where they would always get together to spend time together and play cards. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding horses and playing bingo. He was preceded in death by his ex-spouse Peggy Burrow, his daughter Debbie Moore, and his brother Paul (JR) Wester.
