Wilma Dean Belcher Norman, 74 of Quanah, Texas died on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, in Vernon, Texas. Wilma was born Monday, July 19, 1943 in Quanah, Texas; she was the daughter of the late Orville Belcher and the late Pearl Doty Belcher. She married Donald Norman on June 27, 1967 in Quanah he preceded her in death February 13, 2007. She was a waitress and she was a Baptist. Surviving are her children Toni Norman of Quanah, TX Daryl Norman and wife Sheila of Quanah, TX, David Norman of Lakewood, CO, Christy Robison and husband Randal of Farnsworth, TX, Sheri McDaniel of Quanah, TX., her brother, Floyd Belcher of Quanah, TX; 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
