Bio

Laura Lynn (Carroll) Holmes, 71, of Hampton, GA passed away peacefully on August 9th, 2022. She was born in Mobile AL on December 3, 1950 to Mr. William and Agadeen (Keenan) Carroll. Laura was a good friend, and a kind person to many! She always loved working in the yard, cooking, sewing, finding deals at yard sales, and watching her favorite shows. She also loved to write and loved the Lord, her family in Demopolis AL, and talked about her siblings often, Darrel Carroll, Johnny Carroll, Sandra Pulling, Amber Hurt and Mark Carroll. She is survived by her Children Larry Hicks of Trafalgar IN, Celeste Stauffer and husband Pete Stauffer of Tampa Fl., Aaron Curtis and wife Micki Curtis of Hampton GA, Jennifer Lineberry and husband Dale Lineberry of Sugar Hill, GA along with Grandchildren- Anakin Curtis, Aeria Curtis, Megan Goodman, Noble Holcomb, Paris Holcomb, Jonah Holcomb and Franky Holcomb, Owen Eaton and Claire Eaton, Larry Hicks Jr, Shelby Hicks, Kenzie Hicks. A memorial and celebration of her life will be held at a later date when family is able to gather.
