Bio
Kenneth "Sunshine" James Clymer departed his loving friends and family on June 11, 2023. He was born in York, NE on March 25, 1960 to Walter and Blanche Clymer. Ken won numerous medals and ribbons as a track runner for Weeping Water High School. After graduating high school in 1978, he joined the United States Marine Corps and retired in 1999. Ken and Gloria was married for 35 years. Ken's favorite place was his garage. He loved watching the Green Bay Packers, drinking Budweiser, and listening to classic country music. Ken loved telling stories and hanging out with his best friend Walter. He also loved fast cars, motorcycles and playing with his grandchildren. Ken was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend and will be missed terribly. Ken is survived by his wife, Gloria; daughter Cassie (Robert) Marquez of Chandler, AZ; four grandchildren, Robert James, Cruz, Lola, and Kai. Ken is preceded in death by his parents Walt and Blanche, brother Greg. Surviving siblings; brothers: Mike Clymer of Aurora, NE, Steven (Pam) of Weeping Water, NE, Corey (Maggie) Clymer of Azle, TX; sisters: Jerilyn Wilkinson of Lincoln, NE and Julie (Roger) Smid of Lincoln, NE; numerous loved nieces and nephews.
