Born May 3, 1924 in Bee, NE. Died June 4, 2023 in Lincoln, NE Parents Vladimir and Rose (Pernicek) Sobotka. Long-time member of St Teresa Catholic Church. Raised and attended school in Bee, NE thru 10th grade Attended Seward, NE HS thru 11th grade Graduated from York, NE HS Moved to Hastings Moved to Lincoln in '44 Employment: Midwest Insurance legal dept. Then went to work at the Cline Williams Law Firm. After raising her children, went to work Nebraska Legislature Transcriber's office. Married to Louis McCrory from 1947 until his death in 1987. Faithful Nebraska Huskers and Chicago Bears fan. Enjoyed her flower garden, and going to the Casino. Avid Jeopardy watcher and bingo and scratch-off player. Preceded in death by husband Louis; father Vlad and mother Rose; Brother Erwin and sister-in-law Olga Sobotka; Sister LaVerna and brother-in-law Jack Mann. And, great-great granddaughter Sophia.
