El Campo Leader-News; Obituaries Saturday, June 15, 2002 Lillie Henrichsen Lillie Mae Henrichsen, 97, of El Campo, died Thursday, June 13, 2002. She was born Oct. 18, 1904 in Pierce to the late Martin Petersen and Anna Otta Wilbeck. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. Mrs. Henrichsen was the Postmaster in Pierce from 1930-1941. She married Fred Henrichsen on Nov. 4, 1937. Together, They opened H&W Drug Company in 1939. It was sold in 1960 upon their retirement. She was a member of the Lutheran Church since 1927. As a member of the Women of the Church, she served in most offices. She was flower chairman at Trinity Lutheran Church for many years, providing and arranging the flowers from her gardens. Mrs. Henrichsen is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fredrick Rudolph Henrichsen; sisters, Viola Marek, Evalie Bartos and Leona "Cony" McCann; and brothers, Walter "Bootsie" Wilbeck, Christian Wilbeck and Gilbert Wilbeck. Survivors include her son, Don Wayne Henrichsen of Houston; sister, Eileen "Aline" Peters of El Campo; and brother, Willie Martin Wilbeck of Pierce. Visitation is today from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Triska Funeral Home. Services are Sunday at 3 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church with the Rev. Art Weiss officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Triska Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Gary Wilbeck, Michael McCann, Ellsworth Machlan, Robert Baker, Edwin Richter and Patrick Bartos. Memorials can be made to Christ Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
