Married Josephine Hellinger on August 28, 1939. Raised many children. obit (modified) He was the first of eight children…attended Sacred Heart School up to the sixth grade, which he had to quit because he had to help with farming full time. He carried the chains at the Sacred Heart football games, which he did for 20 years...
