Ray Lindsey, 93, of Brady, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, in Brady. He was born in Carbon, Texas to Julia Campbell on February 26, 1930. Ray had lived in McCulloch County for 44 years. He served in the United States Army. He loved flying, tinkering, museums, and being a mechanic. Ray is preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers, and two sisters. Ray is survived by son, Stanley Lindsey and wife Linda of Cleburne, two daughters, Raylene Holley and husband Phillip of Odessa, LaQuita Lindsey of Weatherford, three grandchildren, Peggy Chyree Lindsey, Shannan Williamson, Phillip "Scooter" Holley, and one great-grandchild. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Rest Haven Cemetery in Brady with Ron Davis officiating. Source: Heritage Funeral Home, Brady, TX
