Bio

Carole Ann Bradley Horenstein- Age 90. Passed away May 13, 2023 in Red Boiling Springs, TN. Carole was born in Texas to the late William Howell Bradley and Geneva Wood Bradley. Her family moved to Los Angeles when she was a young girl and she spent most of her life in L.A. and other parts of California until moving to Tennessee in 2012 to be near her son. Carole attended UCLA and will be fondly remembered for her beautiful operatic voice and for being actively involved in all aspects of her young children's lives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons, Stephen Scott Mabery and Sean J. Horenstein and her brothers, William Gerald Bradley and Doug Bradley. She is survived by daughter, Jeri Horenstein; son, Roger Horenstein and his husband, Hans; grandson, Matthew Chapman; great-granddaughter, Danielle; sister, Marilyn Bradley Iverson; numerous nieces and nephews; son-in-law, Stanley Joel Churchwell. Following Carole's wishes she will be cremated and no service will be held at this time. Published by Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home - Nashville Chapel on May 15, 2023.
