Bio
Tip, a resident of Sour Lake for seventy years, passed away at her residence. She was born in Pennsylvania to Thomas and Evangeline (Wertz) Brown. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Pelt and her sister, Fran Warren. Survivors include her brother-in-law, Floyd Warren; and her caregivers, Robert and Dorothy DeMary, Danny and Shirley Coburn and their children Ginger, David, and Whitney, and Robert and Dora Wheeler.
