Lon Felix Curbello Jr., 85, of North Richland Hills passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2007, in North Richland Hills. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Franklin Worship Center in Franklin. The Rev. Rodney Box will officiate. Burial: Henry Prairie Cemetery near Franklin. Visitation: 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin. He was born June 29, 1921, in Clute to Lon Felix Curbello Sr. and Adel M. Yeager Curbello. He graduated from Milby High School in Houston and retired from the U.S. Navy after serving 24 years. He had resided in North Richland Hills for two years, previously living in Chesapeake, Va. Mr. Curbello was a member of Franklin Worship Center in Franklin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Marie Curbello. Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law, Richard L. and Ginger A. Curbello of North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Christina Ann Curbello, Nathan Richard Curbello and Suzanne Hayes; and four great-grandchildren. Published in the Star-Telegram on 4/6/2007.
