Bio
Charles Odell Cantrell was born March 4, 1944 in Arkansas to Leroy Cantrell and Beatrice Bumgarder Cantrell. He passed away April 30, 2023 in Natchitoches, LA. He was called "Buddy" by his family in Arkansas and also by his two grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Robert, his sister Donna, and his wife Helen. He is survived by his son Jody Cantrell and wife Tanya of Marthaville, daughter Jill Morrison and husband Dave of Dallas, and grandchildren Madelyn and Nicholas Morrison. He is also survived by his siblings Evelyn McCulloch and husband Arlis, Glenda Beaumont and husband Bill, brother in law Wayne Ply, and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at his family's cemetery in southern Arkansas.
