Brown, dau of Jeptha Howland Brown and Betsey Miner m 1) Jonathan Wright, m 2) Dudley Greene; Phebe Partelo, parents uncertain, is the Phebe Wheeler who married 1) Jonas Partelo m 2) Rev Milo Frary.
