Milton Tischler, 84, of Buffalo Gap passed away Sunday April 23, 2023. He was born April 24, 1938 in Hamilton County near Indian Gap. He lived in Runnels and Taylor Counties most of his life. He worked for Safeway for 20 years as a butcher and market manager, then had his own business "Honey Do" home repair service. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Buffalo Gap, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son Milton Wayne Tischler. He is survived by his daughter Shirley McClain of Paris, TX; sister Linda Dry and husband Rick of Winters; brothers: Gilbert Tischler of Rockdale, Billy Tischler and wife Benjie of Lampasas, and Douglas Tischler and wife Suzanne of Wylie; as well as 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
