Martha was the daughter of William Watkins and the former Winifred Burton. She married 1st Abraham Womack. Abraham was the son of Richard Womack, III and the former Ann "Nancy" Childers. Abraham was also the brother of my 5X great-grandfather, Maj. Jacob Womack - FAG #136931639 Martha Watkins and Abraham Womack's children were: Sarah A. Womack married James Tatum Elizabeth Womack married 1st Benjamin Stephen Coleman; 2nd Thomas Henry Langham; 3rd Enoch Martin Stringfellow, Jr. Lucy Womack married Stith Evans William G. Womack married Rebecca Hunt Jesse Womack died a single man in 1814 in the War of 1812 After Abraham Womack died in 1797, his widow, Martha "Patsy" (nee Watkins) Womack married next Michael Dickson, Jr. Martha (nee Watkins) Womack and Capt. Michael Dickens' children were: David Dickson Josiah Cyrus Dickson Elizabeth Dickson, born ca. 1804 Hancock Co., GA According to the 20 Oct 1931 application for Capt. Michael Dickson's military marker, he died 3 Dec 1803. The record indicates he served with the Georgia Minute Men in the Revolutionary War. However! Hancock Co, GA court records has Oct 1803 as the date that John Womack proved Michael Dickson's will, and Sherwood Womack and Waller Brown were appointed appraisers.
