Mollie Gilbert Cameron - Mollie Gilbert, 95, of Cameron died Tuesday, April 9, 2002, in a Rockdale nursing home. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 11th at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with burial in the Corinth Cemetery near Buckholts. Mrs. Gilbert, a homemaker was born January 13, 1907 in Milam County to Antone and Rosa Manek Kohutek. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cameron. Mrs. Gilbert was preceded in death by her husband, W.H. Gilbert in 1978 and by 4 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by 2 sons, I.T. Gilbert of Cameron and W.E. Gilbert of Temple; 3 daughters, Mary Persky Johnson of Ft. Worth, Dorothy Mitcham Kopriva and Pearl James of Cameron; 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
