Eugenia Emilie "Jean" Darilek Cameron - Jean Darilek, 80, of Cameron died Thursday, April 18, 2002 in a Cameron hospital. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 23rd at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Praha, TX with burial in the St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Darilek was born May 17, 1921 in Moulton, TX to Frank and Julia Gieptner Pavlicek. Mrs. Darilek taught at St. Anthony's School in Cameron. She was a member of St. Monica's Catholic Church. Mrs. Darilek was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome (Jerry) Darilek in 1999 and by 2 brothers, Franklin and George. She is survived by 2 sons, Michael and wife, Kay, of Garland and Mark of Ennis; a daughter, Linda Nettles and husband, Eddie, of Brazoria; 1 brother, Otto Pavlicek of Cameron; 3 sisters, Julia Kainer of Victoria, Marcelline Blaha of Angleton, Georgiann Barta of Flatonia; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
