Brenda Joyce Staton AUG 04 1945 - MAR 24 2023 Brenda Joyce Staton passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas at the age of 77. She was born on August 4, 1945 in London, England to parents Richard Dobbs and Rosina (Drake) Dobbs. Brenda married Carroll "Curley" Staton July 24, 1964. Brenda was a homemaker and an avid consultant for Avon Cosmetics for over 45 years. She is survived by her husband Curley Staton, daughters, Darla Bandel and her husband Todd, Stacie Graham and her husband Marvin. Grandchildren: Alexandria Duffy and her husband Nathan, Brandon Staton and his wife Heather, Jordan Bandel and his wife Shelby, Tyler Dean and MyKenzie Beranek and her husband Matthew. Great grandchildren, Carson Staton, Melanie Staton, Hudson Staton and Finneas Bandel. Brenda is also survived by her brother Michael Davis (Mike) Dobbs and his wife Cynthia, as well as sister-in-law, Carolyn Dobbs. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, brother Tommy Dobbs and one baby as well as one grandchild Grayson Ryan Dean. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Prosper. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Following the funeral will be a burial at Megargel Cemetery in Megargel, Texas
