Kolb November 27, 1904 Rotan, Texas - Fisher Co. NOTE: The picture that has Robert F. Kolb and a lady standing beside him is not a picture of Neoma Ida Martin, his 3rd wife. The lady in the picture is an old girlfriend. I have the original of this picture. It was confirmed by two of R.F. Kolb's grandson's that this was not their grandmother.
