Bio

Married to Phebe M. Young. Philip enlisted in Co. K, 6th Ohio Volunteer Cavalry on Oct. 23, 1861 and was mustered in on Dec. 16, 1861. He died of typhoid fever at the U.S. General Hospital at Cambden Street in Baltimore, MD, on July 10, 1862.
