Bio

Viola Doskocil, 95, of Cyclone, died Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in a Temple Nursing Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Cyclone. Rev. Ranjan Cletus will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Cyclone. Mrs. Doskocil was born November 4, 1927 in Cyclone to Fritz and Emma Schneider. She graduated from Rogers High School and married Frank Doskocil. She worked for O'Briens Manufacturing in Temple. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Frankie Doskocil, one sister, Lorene Richter, two brothers, Leo Schneider, and Edwin Schneider. She was also preceded in death by a longtime friend, Andy Holcek. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Rubino and husband Allan of Temple, 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
