Services for Jimmie Kimberlin Bice, 82, Tyler, are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home chapel, Tyler, with the Rev. Dr. B.C. McCoy officiating. Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Bice died Feb. 22, 2008, in Tyler. She was born May 16, 1925, in Mount Pleasant to the late Jim and Alma Kimberlin. She was employed by the Boy Scouts of America and Camp Fire Girls office in Tyler for several years and retired from East Texas Medical Center. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church, Tyler, and was active in the Magnifiers class. She was also active in a World War II Army Veterans reunion group, along with her husband. She was preceded in death by son, James Bice. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, A.V. "Chuck" Bice Sr., Tyler; sons, A.V. "Chuck" Bice Jr., Lake Palestine, Matt Bice, Tyler and Mike Bice, Longview; daughter, Donna Gammon, Canyon Lake; sister, Nancy McCollum, Denton; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
