Mrs. Laurie McClancey, wife of John McClancey, died at her home on the 4th instant. She leaves three little girls, the youngest only two weeks old. The cause of death is attributed to pneumonia. ---Huntsville Herald Wednesday, January 12, 1887 ---Surname is found as both McClancy and McClancey ---Maiden name is taken from childrens' death certificates. ---No marriage record found.
