Bio

Mary Ann (Okhrulik) Kocurek of Moulton passed away July 25, 2013 at the age of 91. She was born in Praha to Mary Vana and Frank Okruhlik February 19, 1922. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Najvar and husband Tim of Moulton; grandson, Patrick Carcamo; sister, Della Pilat of Moulton. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bohumir Kocurek (March 5, 2000); four brothers, Buck, Jim, Joe, and Frank Okruhlik; one sister, Tracy Kocian. Visitation will start at Smith Funeral Home Moulton at 1:00 pm Sunday, July 28, 2013. Rosary will be held at 9:30 am Monday, July 29, 2013 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Moulton followed by Funeral services at 10:00 am.
