Bio

Jonas was born on Mesquite Creek, Burnet Co., Texas. and died in Lampasis, Texas. He was crushed to death by a runaway wagon while at a cottin jin. Jonas married Annette Mullins June 13, 1888 in Lampasis, Texas. Annette died November 30, 1954 on a trip to Fort Worth, Texas. She is buried in Bangs Cemetery in Brown County, Texas.
