Bio

Wilma Witters, of Bentonville, died March 7, 2022, at her residence. She was born in rural Scottsbluff County, Nebraska, on December 4, 1931, to Irene (Tinker) and Elmer Owen. Wilma married her high school sweetheart Franklin Witters on June 8, 1952. They are members of the Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Franklin; sons, Jerry and Richard (Laura); sister-in-law, Dee Owen; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
