BeBe Carolyn Durbin Funeral services for BeBe Durbin will be held at 2 P.M., Monday, October 31, 2022, in Mt. Hope Baptist Church of Oakdale with Reverend Brian Johnson officiating. Committal service will follow in Oakdale Cemetery under the guidance of White Oaks Funeral Home of Oakdale. BeBe, 89, of Oakdale, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022, in her residence. She was born on October 21, 1933, in Tyler, Texas to the union of Buster Brown Porter and Esther Porter. She was a member of Mt. Hope Baptist Church. She enjoyed taking her children and grandchildren to Church and Sunday School. BeBe loved her family and her puppy Piper. She was a loving grandmother , and her grandchildren adored her. Her parents Buster and Esther Porter; one daughter Michelle Durbin; and one sister Mary Ann Hall precedes her in death. She leaves behind her loving family to cherish her memory one son, Gary Durbin of Oakdale: two daughters Carolyn Russ of Mittie, and Leah (Philip) Morgan of Oakdale; six grandchildren, Dawn (Richard) Reeves of Oberlin, Dana (Brandon) Paul, Billy Durbin, and Heather (Chris) Guree all of Oakdale; Leland (Mandy) Hudgens of Magnolia, Arkansas , and Cody (Erin) Hudgens of Magnolia, Arkansas; 16 great grandchildren, 18 great-great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends. Pallbearers to serve will be Ryan Fontenot, Tyheim Waller, Lyndal Williams, Eric Welch, Richard Reeves, and Brandon Paul. Visitation will be held Sunday in White Oaks Memorial Chapel from 11 A.M. until 10 P.M. and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of service in Mt. Hope Baptist Church.
