Doris Mae Wiley, 82, of Austin, formerly of Kingsland and Waco, passed away in Austin Feb. 4, 2008. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at the First Baptist Church in Kingsland with the Rev. Scott Wiley and the Rev. Rip Moran officiating. Graveside services will follow at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet County. Doris was born in Granger, Texas, to the late Vinc Dusek and Albina (Martinets) Dusek. She graduated from Granger High School and attended Blinn College in Brenham. Doris married Cecil Wiley on March 20, 1949, in Granger. She was a homemaker and a Librarian Assistant Cataloguer where she was active in the McLennan Community College Office Personnel Association. She was also co-owner and bookkeeper for Quality Office Machines in Waco for many years. Doris was a member of the First Baptist Church in Kingsland, Texas, and was formerly a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil, on Jan. 8, 1995; a brother, Albert Dusek; and four infant sisters. Survivors include her sons: Don Wiley and his wife, Libby, of Tucson, Ariz., David Wiley and his wife, Fran, of Austin, and Scott Wiley and his wife, Allison, of Tyler; grandchildren, Lindsey Wiesenborn and her husband, Kyle, Stephanie, Travis, Sarah, Claire, Mary Rose, Carter, Kathryn, Chase and Kelsey; brother, Joe Dusek and his wife, Marjorie, of Denison; sister-in-law, Fannie Dusek, of Tyler; other relatives and many friends.
