LAMESA - Funeral Services will be conducted at Ola, Tex., today for Homer Alfred Lightfoot, 20-year-old Lamesa man who received a 12,000 volt electrical shock in a Tuesday accident here and died about 11 a.m. Thursday in Medical Arts Hospital. The services are scheduled at 3 p.m. and burial will be in the Ola community cemetery. Ola is near Dallas in Kaufman County. Higginbotham Funeral Home of Lamesa is in charge of arrangements. Lightfoot, who had resided in Lamesa about seven months, received burns over 80 per cent of his body when a TV antenna he was removing from his residence came in contact with a power line. Lightfoot was a surveyor. He was single and an Army veteran. Survivors include: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Lightfoot, Lameca, a grandmother, Mrs. Amanda Carroll, Dallas; four sisters, Mrs. T. O. Banks, Dallas, Betty, Kay and Teresa Lightfoot all of Lamesa; two brothers Thomas and G. L. Lightfoot, both of Lamesa.
