James C. Cosby, age 76, died May 3, 1906 in Montague County, Texas. He was born March 11, 1830 in Jefferson County, Alabama, the son of Wiley James and Mary Adaline (Stewart) Cosby. He and Mary Jane Mankins were married Decenber 16, 1858 in Washington County, Arkansas. Survivors include his wife; three sons, James Cosby, Harey Cosby and Wiley Cosby; and three daughters, Amner Pa;estine Quillin, Rachel Louise Cosby and Nancy J.Seely.
