Katherine Irene Lemons, 71, a nursing assistant, passed away Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, in Lake Worth. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Mrs. Lemons was born in Sherman. She was a nursing assistant for 22 years and had retired from Four Seasons Nursing Home. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Lemons was preceded in death by her husband, B.J. Lemons. Survivors: Daughters, Verna Trussell of Azle and Brenda Waldrip of Boyd; grandchildren, Richard Trussell and wife, Beverly, Jimmy Trussell and wife, Teresa, Johnny Brinkman and LaWanda Brinkman; great-grandchildren, Joseph, Jimmy R., James, Cody, Dakota, Kaylon, Fantasia, Johnny, Ashley and Amber; four sisters; and one brother.
